With more than 25 years in the Human Resources profession, Jen brings extensive knowledge and experience to her clients. Jen's previous experience includes manufacturing, healthcare and financial services industries and a variety of HR Specialties. Her most recent position serving as Director of Human Resources provided the opportunity to demonstrate her overall business acumen in delivering HR programs that aligned with the business strategy and promoted employee engagement.
Strategic HCM LLC was conceptualized while Jen was working as a Director of Human Resources in a mid-sized financial institution. With more demands than hours in the day, she recognized the need for small and medium-sized companies and non-profit organizations to have access to progressive HR/business consulting services to support growth. Jen's passion for balancing the organization's needs, financial implications, and regulatory environment while creating programs that promote employee well-being serves as a cornerstone of Strategic HCM LLC's business model.
